Veggie Garden Update 6/15/14
Veggies are growing well with all the rain and sun! We even picked lettuce from the garden for lettuce wraps…eating from garden to table.
I eat. I cook. I travel. And I blog about it.

Memorial Day Weekend 2014
Kicking off this holiday weekend with old friends, new friends, and friends of friends; and there’s no better place than meeting up at Smorgasburg over good eats and good weather.
It’s hard to stray away from my favorite vendors which includes:
But on this visit, we had to try the famous Ramen Burger. Arriving close to opening hours, Ramen Burger already had a pretty decent queue forming while other vendors were still setting up shop. About 15 minutes later we had our ramen burgers. You can get them with or without cheese but with cheese it’s $1 more. Each burger is topped with some scallions, arugula, and a sa cha-esque sauce. The burger was quite flavorful and the ramen bun was soft and chewy. Adding this to the list of favorites!
