Super duper late post…
My NYC summer 2012 restaurant week dinner ended at Apiary located in the East Village. This meal was actually my favorite meal out of all the ones I’ve been too in the past month. My favorite dish was the chilled corn veloute and it was outstanding. It had the perfect balance of natural sweetness from the corn paired with the tarragon and chorizo oil which gave it a hint of heat. All the other dishes were tasty as well and had great flavors.
