There are a lot of different things growing in the garden. We have the making of a butternut squash, bitter melon, and a prickly cucumber.
Finally, I’m collecting all the squash blossoms to make tempura squash blossoms. I wish i had more, but this year not so many squash growing. Usually, i like to lightly fry them in a mixture of rice flour/cornstarch with a stuffed goat cheese mixture on the inside. They come out crunchy and silky smooth. This is definitely one of the most delicate little dish you’ll ever eat. I’ll be sure to post the recipe after I make them.
