Bareburger’s Roadhouse burger with bison meat, pepperjack, grilled onions, avocado, roasted red peppers, country bacon, and smoked paprika mayo. Oh, it was messy, but so good!

This is the Shack Stack burger from Shake Shack- a heart attack in hamburger form.

It’s a cheeseburger and a ‘shroom burger (crispy fried croquette of portobello mushroom and cheese) topped with lettuce, tomato, and shack sauce. The burger was good, but there was way too much cheese for me!

I love the lamb burger and the Moroccan mint tea from the Bistro Truck. Actually, everything they serve is delicious.

8 oz. King Burger with everything (mustard, lettuce, tomato, pickles, sweet relish) at Fat Burger. No dinner necessary after this.

Took a trip down to Princeton, NJ over the weekend and dined at Triumph Brewing Company.  I tried fried pickles for the first time.  I never knew fried pickles would be so good. Also the Epic Burger with pork belly, fried egg, carmelized onion was pretty tasty as well.  Good eating and good friends = perfect weekend!

Guacamole Burger from Red Robin
…eehhh….
Call me picky or having high standards, but I didn’t like it.  It was juiceless and flavorless.

Went to Fat Burger to fix my week long burger craving. I had the small burger which is a 2.5oz patty with everything on it except for cheese. Sweet relish gave it a nice kick. Yummy!

DBGB Kitchen & Bar

Although I was down with a nasty cold two weeks ago, I didn’t want to reschedule my lunch at DBGB Kitchen & Bar.  This has been a place I’ve been wanting to go try for some time. And good thing I didn’t because I absolutely love it here.  My cousin was running 30 minutes late, but when we told the maitre d’ he was absolutely fine with it. When my cousin arrived, we were seated immediately in the main dining room.  I totally fell in love with the ambience of the place with it’s dark furniture and an open kitchen. I thought it was absolutely cool to see and hear the chef call out orders. For starters, we ordered the Grilled Spicy Calamari and Boudin Basque- blood sausage. The calamari was okay, but I love the blood sausage and the scallion mash potato that accompanied it. For the main entree, I ordered the Frenchie Burger. The burger was cooked to perfection and the french fries were really good. I was quite happy with my meal. The service was excellent. I can’t wait to come back.
