bought myself a phin filter and some other supplies for home brewed vietnamese coffee (Taken with Instagram)

I made and ate another “Whatever I had in my Fridge” Brunch this Sunday:

• 2 Fried Eggs
• 2 Slices of Low Sodium Spam
• Roasted Red Pepper
• Half an Avocado with Lemon and Sprinkle of Cumin
• Wedges of Applewood Smoked Cheddar Cheese
• Mug of Ipoh White Coffee

This is the way Hong Kong people serve their iced coffee. The ice is on the outside so that your coffee won’t be diluted when the ice melts! Geinus!

It looks like an army of mini cupcakes! I think I ate 6 of these little guys last night and couldn’t fall asleep because the coffee is so strong in them. Haha!
