Brunched at Tbsp this weekend with two of my greatest friends and had such an awesome meal. This place has everything I want when I go out to eat: generous portions, great flavor, and great value.
Each of the three buttermilk pancakes were at least 1/2 to 1/4 inch thick and sprinkled with yummy dark Valhrona chocolate chips ($11). I had the baked eggs in a skillet which included herbed shitake mushrooms, russet potato hash, house-seasoned pork sausage, fresh spinach, 2 eggs, and a crisp Parmesan crust with whole grain toast ($12). At first, I was thinking I would just scrape off the Parmesan crust (since I became lactose intolerant- can’t eat dairy), but the yummy, crispy parmesan was so irresistible, I couldn’t help but eat every crunchy bit. This was absolutely delicious; the perfect brunch meal.
I just ate here and I can’t wait to come back!
